Mamaw Nichols didn't learn to make fried pies from a textbook. She learned them the way the best recipes are passed down — by doing, by tasting, by getting it right every single time. That's the standard she holds to today, and it's the standard you'll find in every pie we sell.

Located on Dayton Pike in Hixson, our little shop is a neighborhood institution. We fry each pie to order, using real butter in the crust and generous portions of fruit filling. No industrial equipment, no shortcuts — just a fryer, a recipe, and the kind of care that shows in every bite.
